All wheel drive, reliable, ? There's only one answer if you buy jap, and that's a Subaru. All their cars are all wheel drive, and have a built in roll cage around the passenger compartment that you can't see, and just about every Subaru I've seen has gone better than 200,000 miles and 95% of all Subarus sold in the past 10 years are still on the road according to surveys. The people I know who own one said all they do is do all is the normal things like change the oil etc. and just maintain it at normal intervals and they just keep going. They have boxer engines that are proven to be extra reliable and long lasting.

hi... if money is not an option, get a mercedes benz 55,000. dolar suv. if you cant afford it, like myself, get a chevy or a gmc. why domestic you ask? its cheaper in maintenance and repair. i also would like to say that it is very reliable. i have a 92 gmc yukon 4x4 with 200,000 miles on it now, and no problems. still runs like it was new. oops i just replaced the alternator last month. on my third battery last april, on my third set of tires last march. and .... thats about it. and when it dies ahead of me, i will get the same model.

Subaru Outback

I own a GMC ENVOY and a Ford Explorer.Both are nice but i recommend the ford.They both are 06 models and i have already had issues with the envoy like oil leaks that cant be fixed and the gas mileage really sucks. Go with explorer.It also rides better and has a bit more power when you need it the most.
