Default Glow Plugs

Usual problems of the car not starting first thing in the morning (mainly when its cold) and was suggested it may be the glow plugs. Now this is gonna sound daft, but how do you change the glow plugs on a 54 plate Zafira 2.0 DTI? And could a novice like me do it and what tools do i need?

The main problem is access - it's soddin' awful.

In principle, it's a straight-forward job: the plug covers pull off after pressing in a couple of tabs on the sides. Then you need the correct sized (dunno what it is...) plug spanner.

As I said, tho', access is the problem...
