i have a 1993 pontiac sunbird - when i bought it it had a plain turnsignal stalk on it.after having some problems with the turnsignals, and disassembling the steering wheel column, i have found some wires that where jammed into the column (not related to turnsignal problem.)after some poking and prodding under the hood - i have found out this car has cruise control. does anybody know how the original stalk was wired? (has red, blue, yellow and green wires)i suppose i could replace the plain stalk with the right one, but i would like to test the system with a switch setup to make sure it works before i pop for a new stalkif the wires are 1 2 3 4 then:i would need an "on" switch connecting 1 +2 wires together (on/off switch)and a "set" connecting 1 and 3 together (momentarily)and a "coast" connecting 1 and 4 together (momentarily)i can build it, i just don't feel comfortable trying to do it driving 50 down the roadknow the color/function with wires?

the four wires all run too one connector I would just buy the stalk switch and plug it in. they are available after market at a reasonable price.
