Should there be a diagnosis charge for a part on a car that is still under warranty?

Depends on the warranty you recieved with the car. Read the fine print. I'm pretty sure there isn't a diagnosis charge. Best way to find out is to take it back to where you bought it and ask them.

It depends if the diagnosis,was done by the same people or dealer,who cover the warranty.If they did it,no.If another shop did it,yes.

Absolutely not! The labor is warranty too.

No there shouldn't. But different dealerships have different levels of shadiness. Warrantied service is free...that's the point.
