Default Can I play my 1st generation iPod shuffle in my car?

If so how? Do I need to buy a car adapter and do you know of any good ones?

go to http://theistore.com/ipodshuffle.htmltheres a lot of good stuff there. i would suggest an FM transmitter, heres a link for one compatible with a 1st generation shuffle: http://theistore.com/belkintunecast3.htmland heres something else i though was interesting, http://theistore.com/belkincassetteadapter.html it is a "cassette tape" that you put in your cassette player and the other end into your ipod and it plays the ipod over the stereo.

there is no need of the Fm transmitter as far as i think because now-a-days the player or the sound system that you choose(i am talking about the latest ,i mean in 2008)will be having a USB option through which you can connect your ipod shuffle or else you will get a data cable and by using the data cable via USB you can connect your ipod to the car sound system.have i made myself clear now?
