I always try to buy the 02 sensor designed specifically for my car. BUT, unfortunately for you, a new oxygen sensor for your EVO will run between $250-$300 from Auto Zone. BUT, fortunately, they offer a universal 02 sensor for $62, so i guess it is up to you. I imagine with the universal 02 sensor, you will have to wire it up yourself, but I could be wrong. I hope that helps, and good luck!

Go to rockauto.com. They have everything & are less expensive than auto parts stores. You can look up the year, make, & model of the car on this website. There should be a front & rear O2 sensor.
