Default Do you have to swap the intakes when installing a used engine in a car? (1997 Mitsubishi Diamante)?

The used engine is coming out of another 1997 Diamante with 85k on it. My car had 206k on it

it all depends on the year of the engine your putting in it,sometimes if its a newer engine, you,ll have to swap them out,you have to stay with the set up you have on intakes with the engine, other than that newer engines can be used in them, good luck with it.
