I need tips for driving a Chevy Blazer RWD on ice and snow?
If it's snowing, stay out of snow-pack, or the stuff that is compressed, it will act just like ice a lot of times. If you drive slowly on the unpacked snow, you will have better traction and control.I agree with the first two, drive slow. If the limit is 60, go 40. Double or triple your following and stopping distance.Be aware of the road surface. Wisconsin is well prepared for snow, so chances are that there will be some clear patches of highway. Those are always good to find if you need to stop suddenly. If you start to skid or "fish-tail" turn your front wheels in the direction your rear end is moving, but be ready to straighten out quickly or else you will begin to skid the other way.
