I took high school driver's education when I was 15 1/2.I took the whole course which lasted about 3 months. Then on my 16th birthday, the first day I was eligible to apply for my full license, my mother picked me up from school and I went over to Elston Avenue, took the test and passed.I've been driving safely ever since.Pastor Art

I got my driving license at 18. But the transport authority who granted me the license was pretty sure that I was driving for a long time before. He was right because I was driving my dad's car without a driving license for more than a year.

I got my license when I turned 16 years old. This is the legal age here in the US. This was way back in the days when it wasn't hard to get a driver's license. I passed with flying colors because I used to sneak out with my parent's car so I had a lot of practice. It also didn't hurt to take driver's education to get my permit when I was 15.
