Default In texas if you have to appear in court for not taking a defensive driving course, what will the judge do?
what will the judge do when you appear in court?i already payed the ticket, but if i took the class the ticket wouldnt show up on my record. but if you agree to take the class and dont, they make you show up for court.

It all depends on who the judge is, but you'll probably get community service, or just asked to pay a fine.

take the course in a timely manner, have your paper work and it should be dismissed. have proof of your insurance too.
