Obviously not if it never made it to the market. If you were really wealthy you would call GM so you can hear them say "sorry we don't manufacture custom cars for random people". Cars are only profitable if they are manufactured on an assembly line.

No. The concept cars carry too much liability for the manufacturers to sell. In fact, after the car show circuit, the cars are required to be destroyed by the Dept of Transportation. We do engineering consulting for Dodge, and it was a crying shame to watch two Vipers get crushed, but if you know the car business, that is what is required. Also, many of the concept cars you see at car shows are non-runners.

THE ONLY WAY YOU COULD IS TO RUN DOWN THE ONE YOU SEEN . SOME TIMES THEY SELL A CONCEPT CAR , OTHER TIMES THEY GO TO MUSEUM'S , AND STILL OTHERS ARE SCRAPED . BUT ONE THING TO THINK ABOUT IS THIS ---- MOST CONCEPT CARS ARE NOT STREET LEGAL , THEY DON'T HAVE TO BE AS THEY AREN'T FOR SALE . IT MIGHT NOT HAVE THE SAFETY EQUIPMENT , OR POLLUTION EQUIPMENT TO MAKE IT LEGAL . IT MIGHT COST A FAIR AMOUNT TO MAKE IT STREET-ABLE .

NO BECAUSE THERE IS TO MUCH LIABILITY ON THE LINE AND YOU WILL NEVER GET ANY INSURANCE COMPANY TO TOUCH IT, PLUS WHERE WOULD BUY PARTS FOR THIS VEHICLE WHEN YOU NEED THEM.
