its sounds like a electrical problem , maybe the wires to the fuse box are crossed or damaged , or maybe there is another fuse that is causing it to blow

Howdy Shane start the car and leave it running then mov all electrical wires you can reach specially around engine management system and any earths if the car has an independenti ignition coil change that make sure the fuse is the right ampage also examine the e c u closely for loose internals best of luck
