Default I'ma Noob At Car Audio. I Need Help With My Car Audio Problem. Thanks!?

I have a 98' Toyota Corolla. I have a Pair of 6.5" 150 watt Pioneer speakers in the front doors of my car and a pair of 6.5" 220 watt Pioneer Speakers in the back (they came with my car when i bought my car(used)). When i connect both of the 220 watt speakers, all of the speakers stop working. And when i disconnect the two 220 watt speakers, then the pair in the front works normally again. The odd thing is when i connect one of the wires for both 220 watt speakers( not sure which wires which) then they all work, but the two speakers that are in the back aren't as loud as the pair in the front. When connect the one wire for both of the 220 watt speakers, they sound like they're scratching/staticing when my car shakes or when i hit a sharp turn. How can i fix this problem?
