Alot of people are going to laugh at this but I once had a 1970 SS Nova. Cortez silver with black vinyl roof. All stock except dual exhaust it had a special ordered LT-1 350/350hp engine 4 speed M-21 transmission and a posi-traction rear end. (Unsure of the gearing but that car would hook up and beat anything out of the hole) At the time (1977) gas was going up and that car did not get by many gas stations. Its one of the cars I always regret selling. I use to call it scary fast. (hey I was a teenager!) I also had a bone stock 1972 Chevelle that I wish I still had. Maybe if I win Lotto someday......
