wait for the rite time. theyre seasons when you can buy a car and when you cant for cheap. for example at the end of the year the 07s have rebates because they want to make room for the 08s, while the 08s will have a mark up because they have limited numbers, and everyone wants the new malibu or the new accord. buy a model thats not popular. they have rebates so they can move them from the lot. dont buy a kia or hyundai though because thats just buying junk, not a unpopular car. those are unpopular for a reason.
