Definitely. Car dealers are given incentives by finance companies to finance people. I have average credit and I have recently bought 2 cars. I tried to get pre-approved before I went and no one would, but the dealer got me approved each time. The interest rates are ok, but with your large down payment, you'll be fine. Btw, I really like the Caliber, it's a great car, good choice :-)
