i purchased a 2002 volvo c70 about a month ago. i am now experiencing problems with it, and i come to find out that the car had been recalled because of a throttle problem which is the same thing that had broken on my car. what are my options in this situation, is the dealer responsible?i live in new york but i bought the car in new jersey from the ramsay auto group(which includes a volvo dealer), i bought it from the pontiac branch they told me it was there because that is the dealer that does the internet sales.
