I would say go and find an other one... The price that you pay for that car will never be good enough.. If its a parts car with rebuilt engin than your gonna have nothing but problems with this car if your planing on making it your daily driver. But of course it handles pretty good in winter..Its probably AWD right? so you would need a good set of winter tires and you would be ok.

From your description, that car is worthless. Maybe a grand at best. Look for a subaru
